Real nutrition coaching isn’t about calorie targets or meal plans.
It’s about unlearning the habits keeping you stuck AND relearning a better way.
Most women who come to have been here before...
Put on a rigid meal plan,
handed a calorie target,
and told to “just be consistent.”
That oversimplified approach is exactly why their results didn’t last.
If the answer was following a meal plan or knowing what calories to eat, you’d already have everything you need 🤷🏻♀️
But nutrition is so much more than numbers, and coaching should be too.
If you’ve been stuck in this loop, you’re not alone 💜

Finishing off another week fighting against all the BS and misinformation out there 👊😅 Do any of these surprise you?

I’ve been thinking about what objectively makes someone an advanced female lifter…
Not just how long you’ve been lifting or how you look, but actual markers of skill, strength, structure, and mindset.
Here’s my current list. If you’re ticking off several of these, I’d say you’re definitely beyond beginner, and probably not intermediate anymore either.
What would you add or change? 😇
One of the biggest mistakes I see in fitness is women taking advice from people in a completely different phase of the journey.
If you’re brand new to the gym, your focus should be building consistency, learning the basics, and creating sustainable habits.
But if you’ve already been training consistently for 3-5 years, that’s a different story.
This is the stage where you can really double down and make some of your best progress.
I call it your “Gym Rat Era” 😈
It’s Level 2 in my Fitness Levels Framework.
The problem is that most fitness advice you see is designed for true beginners.
So if you’ve already mastered the basics, focusing on “just move more” or “just be consistent” might actually be holding you back.
Every level requires a different goal, a different focus, and a different strategy.
The key is knowing what stage you’re actually in.
👉 Comment QUIZ and I’ll send you my free Fitness Level Quiz so you can discover your fitness level, the goals you should be setting, and exactly what to focus on to keep progressing.
Once you learn this, you can’t unsee it!! I honestly only use this word if I want to start an argument 😅 Pay attention to how often you use this one trigger word when you speak or send a message.
Have you noticed this before? 👀
