State Cup Wrap Up!💚💛
Yesterday we had 2 teams participating in the next round of the NSW State Cup!

Our 15/1’s kicked off at Jamison Park Synthetics at 10:15am, ready to fight for their place in the quarter finals.
Their hard work paid off in the first half, with the Cougars taking a well-deserved 3-0 lead into the break. Despite the advantage, the team remained focused and hungry for more.
The second half saw an even more dominant display from Colo. Their relentless effort resulted in three more goals, completing an outstanding team performance, ending the game 6-0.
Congratulations to Roger and his team heading through to the quarterfinals!

Our Intermediate Men’s (16-19yrs) had their second game in the U21 Robertson Cup. With their regular goal keeper unavailable, Lincoln stepped up to the plate, making a double save late in the second half to hold a clean sheet for the whole 90 minutes, earning himself man of the match.
Finishing full time at 0-0, unfortunately the boys went down 4-5 in the penalty shootout to Coniston FC’s U21’s, knocking them out of the cup. We are so proud of our Intermediates playing up in the U21’s cup, not an easy thing for any team to do. Congratulations to Scott and his team for their efforts.
