🌟 Players of the Week 🌟

A huge congratulations to this week’s Players of the Week! 🏐

We are so proud of the effort and sportsmanship you bring each week. Keep shining, superstars!

RG McGees Team of the Week 🌟

Our Junior 8 - Pilgrim team have been elevated to Inter 3 this season. After playing Junior 4 last year, this is a massive leap — coming up against girls 3–4 years older than them.

On Saturday they clawed their way back to secure a draw, showing incredible determination, resilience and teamwork. We are so proud of these talented little superstars and the strength they’ve shown by not being intimidated by older opposition. 💙🏐

🩷 INJURIES & PLAYER WELLBEING 🩷

As we head further into the season, injuries and niggles can start to pop up across all age groups. A reminder to all players, coaches and families that player wellbeing always comes first.

Please encourage players to:
🏐 Warm up properly before games and training
🏐 Cool down and stretch afterwards
🏐 Speak up early if something doesn’t feel right
🏐 Rest when needed and follow medical advice
🏐 Stay hydrated and fuel their bodies properly

Playing through injuries can often make things worse and lead to longer recovery times. We want all our players back on court healthy, confident and enjoying their netball.

A big thank you as well to our coaches, managers, umpires and first aid volunteers who help support our players each week. 🩷🖤
