I am a licensed Zumba instructor with a passion for making people smile. I started my Zumba journey roughly 6 years ago. The DVD was awesome.

It all started one very early morning when my first bubba boy was refusing to sleep (little did I know this wouldn't change for many years!) I was doing the mum bounce around the living room when the Zumba infomercial came on. In a sleep deprived state I thought why not and I bought the Zumba workout DVD. It allowed me to sneak in some exercise in between cat naps and feeds and best of all......it

And just like that an end to era!! I am officially hanging up my zumba shoes.

It has been an amazing 6 years! I’ve met so many wonderful people and have had an absolutely blast. I have partied through a pandemic, a major liver surgery and many other challenging times. Without my zumba support crew the last little while would have looked very different.

Plus Fitness Health Club, Northmead thanks for always bringing the joy on Fridays and for sending me off in style!!

Whilst I might not be up front anymore you can be sure I will keep dancing!
