Introducing the New FNR Wide Aero All-Road Wheelset
We are excited to introduce our latest wheelset, built around an all-new wide aero rim platform designed for both road and gravel riding. Featuring an actual external width of 44mm, a 52mm front rim profile, and a 59mm rear rim profile, this wheelset delivers an ideal balance of aerodynamics, stability, comfort, and versatility.
As shown in the photos, the wheelset is built using SAPIM CX-Ray spokes, brass ni***es, and DT Swiss 350 hubs. This combination was selected with long-term durability and serviceability in mind. DT Swiss 350 hubs are renowned for their reliability and ease of maintenance, SAPIM CX-Ray spokes offer an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, and brass ni***es provide superior corrosion resistance for years of trouble-free ownership.
This wheelset will be available strictly on a made-to-order basis and will be offered in a single specification only, featuring the 52mm front / 59mm rear profile combination and 44mm external rim width.
The photos feature the wheelset fitted with 40C Pirelli P Zero tyres, which measure approximately 44mm wide when mounted. As you can see, this setup pushes the tyre clearance limits of the FNR All-Road 1.1, while creating an exceptionally clean and flush tyre-to-rim transition. The result is not only visually striking but also highly aerodynamic, making it an excellent choice for riders looking to maximise speed on sealed roads while enjoying the comfort, confidence, and versatility of a larger-volume tyre.
