Meet four women who have completely embodied what we love about the RISE community.

These ladies committed to training for HYROX — showing up, putting in the work, pushing through the tough sessions, and doing it all together. That kind of dedication doesn't happen by accident. It takes discipline, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.

But what makes this even more special is the friendship behind it. Watching them support, encourage and push each other through this journey has been incredible to witness. Not just building strength and fitness, but building each other up along the way.
