Meet Nick, one of our Personal Trainers at Four Pillars! 👋
Nick’s journey into personal training is a little different, and it’s something that has shaped the way he works with his clients today.
Around 15 years ago, Nick experienced a subarachnoid haemorrhage and stroke. Rebuilding his strength, balance and confidence became a big part of his recovery, and through that experience, he saw firsthand just how much exercise and movement can impact someone’s life.
It was this that inspired Nick to become a PT and help others experience those same positive changes.
What Nick enjoys most is seeing his clients achieve things they didn’t think they were capable of. Whether it’s getting stronger, moving better, building confidence or simply feeling better day to day, it’s the progress that makes his job so rewarding.
Nick was also drawn to Four Pillars because of the welcoming and supportive environment and the team’s genuine focus on helping people as a whole.
And when he’s not helping clients in the gym, you might find Nick on the golf course. He’s currently working hard to bring his handicap down, although he admits that one is still a work in progress! ⛳
We’re so glad to have Nick as part of the Four Pillars team and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact he continues to have on our clients and community.
