🏐 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT – AMY HOLMES 🟤🟡

We’re excited to welcome Amy Holmes as our B Grade Coach for the 2027 season! 🙌

Amy joins the Hawks bringing a wealth of playing, leadership and coaching experience to the club.

With four years of coaching senior grades, extensive experience playing in the O&M, and five years as an O&K A Grade player, Amy brings a strong understanding of the game both on and off the court.

Her playing achievements include O&K A Grade Grand Final appearances, A Grade captaincy and leadership roles, representation for Netball Victoria, as well as experience competing at representative tournaments.

Beyond the game, Amy places a strong emphasis on community, leadership, respect and player development — values that align perfectly with what we stand for at North Wangaratta.

We’re looking forward to an exciting 2027 season and can’t wait to see the impact Amy will have on our players and our club!

The North Wangaratta Football Netball Club invites all players, families, friends and supporters to come together as we celebrate the 2026 season and recognise the outstanding achievements of our footballers, netballers, coaches, volunteers and club members.

We’re thrilled to announce that Demi Johns will be returning as our Under 15 Netball Coach for the 2027 season! 🎉

After a successful season with the team, we’re excited to have Demi back on board as she continues to develop, support and guide our young athletes.

With her passion, commitment and dedication to our players, we know the Under 15s are in great hands heading into 2027! 💪🏐

We are pleased to welcome back our Under 17s coaching duo, Amber Newton and Kylie Schulze, for the 2027 season!

Amber and Kylie’s continued commitment, experience and understanding of the players will provide valuable consistency and support throughout the season.

Having coaches who already know the team, understand their strengths and areas for development, and have established strong relationships with the players will help create a positive, supportive and competitive environment.

We look forward to another successful season and greatly appreciate the time, dedication and passion Amber and Kylie bring to our club and our Under 17s program.

This has been a long time coming!!
Last week we were “handed the keys” of our new kitchen, expertly installed by North East Catering Equipment.
And further strengthening our ties with , Centrals Junior Football Club president Mick O’Keefe joined us tonight to run his eye over our new shared facility.
