South Coast Champs powerlifting comp.
Great turn out, awesome set up, strong results.
Matthew Luke - 2nd place overall. Nearly pulled out 1 week to go due to injury. Still a +2.5kg total PB. Strong AF mindset.
Kelly-anne manning - Down a weight class and +7.5kg total pb. Checks in 50% of the time. Wellness division side quest ongoing.
Searle - +22.5kg PB. Mr consistent. Very chill athlete. Everyone's goal everything at 74 years young.
Zvetlana Hili - First comp. 2nd place overall. Down 10kg in bodyweight. Up 500 calories. Up in strength between testing and comp results. Maltese falcon.
Shane - First comp. Long term goal of competing once. Now in prep for his 2nd comp

We now move into a reversing phase for a couple months before we move into prep for comp in Wollongong later this year.
This was achieved with no PEDs, peptides etc.
Just the boring stuff. Consistentcy, weekly check ins with coach, goal setting, transparency.

.tancevski Our client of 7 years competes in her 3rd Nationals this weekend. In a strong u84kg class, she'll be pushing for that podium and in form for a total PB.
is our nutrition client. We've teamed up with of who coaches Cana. Going in as the favourite, we've been monitoring his intake, recovery, bulk and weight cut into this comp. He's in an even better spot than he was through his SBD cup prep.

Today, .official competes at Nationals in the u84 Sub-Junior division.
She just turned 16 and has shown so much drive to attempt to be on the world stage.
Coming in as the underdog in a strong line-up, she's pumped to showcase what she's been working on.

Gabi's results after being with the Strong 24|7 online system for 1 year.
Initial:
- Calories - 1600.
- Bodyweight - 76.4Kg.
- Phase: Lacking confidence, unsure, yolo.
- Mindset: Focused mostly on aesthetics.
Current:
- Calories - 2250.
- Bodyweight - 79.1Kg.
- Phase: Reversing, getting stronger.
- Mindset: Performance driven, gets the sh*ts when something didn't move how she wants, aesthetics improve out of default.
Initial/Early on comments:
"I'm scared to squat. I can't squat",
"My shoulder stops me from doing things",
"It's not working. My weight is up",
"This hurts. I'm injured",
"I don't look any different".
Current comments:
"My squat confidence fluctuates still, but I'm stronger now",
"My shoulder is fine, and I can do everything",
