I donā€™t want you watching me & thinking, ā€˜Good for herā€™!

I want you to do it too šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø ā€¦

Iā€™ve said yes before thinking about it more times than I can countā€¦

Itā€™s how I ended up living in Japan, moving to Australia, training under a master glassblower, living in Tasmaniaā€¦

Itā€™s also why Iā€™ll wander a neighbourhood Iā€™ve never been to, try a new recipe, book a fitness class I know nothing aboutā€¦

Big yesā€¦

Small yesā€¦

Same thing!!

I call it a TEA fix:

šŸ—ŗļø Travel
šŸŒŸ Experiences
šŸ§—ā€ā™€ļø Adventure

Whatever you can fit inā€¦

So no, Iā€™m not here to inspire you - Iā€™m here to help you make the most of your life šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø ā€¦

Your turnā€¦

Not sure where to start? Thatā€™s exactly what my free Golden Gap Year Starter Pack is for - grab it at the link in my bio ā¬†ļø ā€¦

Then tell me: whatā€™s your first yes going to be?!

Not to everything šŸ˜‚ ā€¦

But to things that spark curiosityā€¦

Because sometimes the point isnā€™t the thing itselfā€¦

Itā€™s where the thing leadsā€¦

Germany has arrivedā€¦

Think pretzels, forest walks, fairytale castles, coffee & cake at 3pm AND a culture that knows how to switch off & savour the good stuffā€¦

Iā€™m bringing a little of that energy into Octoberā€¦

What could you bring a little more of into your life this month šŸ‡©šŸ‡Ŗ ?!

Itā€™s not necessarily a question about retirementā€¦

Or your careerā€¦

Or your relationshipā€¦

Sometimes itā€™s simply: ā€˜Is this what the rest of my life is going to feel like?!ā€™ā€¦

And if the answer makes you feel a little flatā€¦

Perhaps itā€™s time to get curious šŸ§ ā€¦

What would you like to feel instead?!

Not because itā€™s productiveā€¦

Not because itā€™s good for youā€¦

Not because it look impressive on Instagram šŸ˜‰ ā€¦

Just because you wonder: ā€˜Whatā€™s that like?!ā€™ā€¦

Thatā€™s enoughā€¦

šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø Try a new cafeā€¦

šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø Go somewhere youā€™ve never beenā€¦

šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø Talk to someone newā€¦

šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø Book a classā€¦

šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø Say yes to the invitationā€¦

Sometimes adventure is simply breaking the patternā€¦

You never know where one little yes might take you āœØ ā€¦

I think thatā€™s a beautiful questionā€¦

Not because what you have isnā€™t enoughā€¦

But because you havenā€™t finished becomingā€¦

And maybe there are still things you havenā€™t imagined yet šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø ā€¦

What else is possible?!

Why should it?!

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Youā€™ve changedā€¦

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Your circumstances have changedā€¦

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Your priorities have changedā€¦

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø You have more experienceā€¦

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø You probably know yourself betterā€¦

So, maybe the next chapter gets to be different?!

You donā€™t have to have it all figured outā€¦

You donā€™t need a 5-year planā€¦

And you definitely donā€™t need to wait until the ā€˜rightā€™ timeā€¦

Maybe youā€™re simply thinkingā€¦

šŸ¤” I want to feel strongerā€¦
šŸ¤” I want to try something newā€¦
šŸ¤” I want something to look forward toā€¦
šŸ¤” I want my life to feel a bit more meā€¦
šŸ¤” I know I want something different, but I donā€™t know whatā€¦

Thatā€™s exactly the kind of curiosity I love exploring šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø ā€¦

So, whether you want a practical guide, a little more connection & inspiration through the Golden Gap Year Club or some focused 1:1 time with meā€¦

Thereā€™s a place to start šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø ā€¦

Have a look at the different ways to work with me (go check out the links in my bio) & see what feels right for youā€¦

And if youā€™re not sure, thatā€™s OK tooā€¦

Letā€™s get curious: What else is possible?!
