So much fun at our Pull & Push Gymnastics Clinic with the legends Benjamin Alessandrini and V and an absolute pleasure spending the morning with this incredible community of rock stars! 💪🏼

Happy International Dog Day! 🐾
Every good CrossFitter needs a good training partner… and let’s be honest, our dogs are some of the best 😂
They’re there for the walks that get us moving, the coffee runs after training, the recovery days, the outdoor adventures and, of course, the emotional support when the WOD gets spicy…..
