This lockdown is just getting harder and harder for almost everyone. 💕 The last week in particular has been especially hard for me with motivation, so I’ve decided to create a visual post it note to do list! haha! Just take them off the wall when you’re done! (And then put them back up next week! 💪)

What a stunning spring day!! ☀️ I’ve been able to nab a spare 30mins to myself this afternoon so I’ve taken it lying down and reading a book. It’s so important to take time out for yourself and we just forget about it or gets the ‘ill do it later’ which never comes 🙄 haha. Take this as a reminder to give yourself some timeout today and get into that sun!! 😘😘

I’ve made the conscious effort to be more mindful this month after suffering severe exhaustion, the flu and mindless colds. I’ve put the tv away, started meditating and have started a gratitude journal. It’s been a massive change and I am feeling so much better for it, I’m resting better, sleeping better, less anxious and just have so much more energy.
I’m looking forward to this next challenge from 30 days of meditating. Definitely give this App a go if you’re thinking of starting. One of the best 🥰

It’s official! No TV May!! I’ve unplugged and moved it into another room, put up a sheet (so the wall doesn’t look so bare) and replaced it with all the books I want to read. In doing this I’m hoping that I will rest better, sleep better and just feel better. Two days in and so far so good!! Yay! Haha 🌱
