Currently in a building phase and maintaining decent conditioning, trying not to gain too much body fat whilst building more muscle mass
By closely monitoring calories and keeping training intensity high
Only doing slow calorie increases
Currently sitting on 2345 calories per day
165g protein
285g carbs
65g fats
BW 57kg

Having fun and enjoying life and still being able to reach your goals.
You can go out and have fun without going overboard.
You don’t have to do an all or nothing approach. Just be smart about it, go out have fun enjoy yourself without having to get totally trashed.
I’m not saying don’t drink, just do it in moderation, like anything balance is key 🔑

You don’t need to be training 6-7 days per week to see progress
In fact you are probably doing more harm than good by training every day.
You really only need to train 3 to 4 days per week with structured training to see results
Which actually will give your muscles time to grow and recover.
