5:30am from Tom Wallace shop, Lutwyche - bunch ride
4:30pm Race Training at Nundah Crit Track - tempo session with speed limited 38kph - first 15 minutes warmup early 30s remaining 45 minutes at 38kph max. Sprint in the end and no winners. Maximum 2 lap efforts for stronger riders. All participations are at your own risk and you require a current Queensland cycling licence. PLEASE MUST BRING LIGHTS.

Carolyn Lister Social Ride on Sunday, departing the Nundah Clubhouse at 6.30am.

* All riders and friends are very welcome (average pace about 28kph).

* Route - Approx 60km (slightly shorter than last year).

1. Meet at 6.30am Sunday at the Nundah clubhouse.
2. Ride on the Gateway Motorway bikeway, across to Redcliffe.
3. Turn around at the Woody Point Jetty (toilet stop).
4. Return via Sandgate foreshore and Shorncliffe.
5. Ride through Deagon and the bikeway back to Nundah.
6. Coffee at the Nundah Corner Cafe about 9.15am.
