What a difference 12 months makes..
This time last year our new All Age Div 3 side ended the season with 2 wins and 5 draws, finishing 3rd last on the ladder.

The improvement from the first half of that season to the end showed the potential in this squad, and with a few quality additions this season the only direction we were headed was up.

But wow didn't you ladies show everyone!!

Look at us now.. A win in the final match of the season secured 2nd on the table, only behind a club who earned promotion last year but stayed in the division.

Our climb up the ladder is a testament to the togetherness in this team and relentless desire to give everything for each other no matter what.
It's something I have loved watching game after game, and I want to thank each and every one of you for the privilege to be your coach once again this season.

What a way to finish the season! 🙌

Our Women’s O30’s White team took on Gerringong Breakers at home and finished the season with a 1-0 win! 💪⚽️

After Gerringong came away with a 4-0 win the last time we met, the girls were determined to put up a fight this time around. Kylie Fox got us on the scoreboard in the 20th minute with the only goal of the game! ⚽️👏

🏆 Player of the Match: Sharon Crilly
Sharon showed incredible team spirit and determination right across the whole game, giving everything she had for the team. A very deserving way to finish the season! 💙

This game marks the end of our season, finishing 11/14 in the competition. Watching us improve and grow together as a team, game after game, has been one of the biggest wins of the season.

A huge thank you to our coaches PaPaulo VianarKristen Leend MaMatt Keatingor training us, supporting us and encouraging us through every game. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙏

Our Women’s Over 30s White team took on Albion Parks Green side. After we came away with the win when we last met, we knew this would be another tough contest.

Albion Park got off to a strong start, taking a 2–0 lead into half-time. Our girls came out determined in the second half, and in the 54th minute Kylie Fox found the back of the net to bring the score back to 2–1. We kept pushing, but Albion Park capitalised on their opportunities late in the game to secure a 4–1 victory.

Kylie worked tirelessly up front all game and was rewarded with our only goal. Her determination and effort never dropped, making her a deserving Player of the Match.

Congratulations to Albion Park Green on the win, and thank you for hosting us. A big thank you to our coaches Paulo and Kristen, and to all our family, friends and supporters who came along to cheer us on.

We’ll dust ourselves off and bring plenty of grit for our last game of the season next week💙⚽

WOW, what an absolute adrenaline rush that second half was!

Coming from a goal down at half time and fighting back until the final whistle to earn those 3 points just before the end.
This win moves us into 2nd on the table and is something to be incredibly proud of.

The determination, resilience and belief we all showed today was incredible.
Completely dominating the entire 2nd half and forcing them back towards their own goal, our ladies at the back shut out any rare attacks they had, and our GK just got to relax and enjoy the show.
We can't wait to get back out there next week and carry on where we left off!!

🔥 Bec Herring – What a weapon! Once again you showed exactly how dangerous you are when given even the smallest bit of space. They didn't learn after the first match, and you made them pay once again... X3 ⚽⚽⚽

🔥 Kieara Quintal – The tireless engine in the middle of the park. Your footwork, work rate and ability to win the ball back had the crowd (and me!) on our feet all game. Outstanding effort.

I hope you're all as proud of yourselves as I am. Everyone dug deep, gave absolutely everything, and that's exactly why we came away with the win.

Today we hosted Albion Park O30s Gold, with both teams putting on an entertaining and evenly matched contest that finished in a thrilling 3-3 draw. After our last meeting ended 1-1 just a few weeks ago, it was another close battle between two determined sides.

A huge congratulations to our joint Players of the Match, Elouise Brown and Sofie Talevski who both made their return from injury today. They gave everything for the team, pushed their bodies and it was fantastic to see them back out on the field.

The best part of the day came after the final whistle, with both teams staying behind to enjoy a sausage sizzle and a drink together. It was great to spend some time mingling with the Albion Park girls and enjoying the social side of football. Thank you the Albion Park Gold team for another great game—we look forward to seeing you again!

With as many as 6 potential starters missing from the squad this week, it was always going to be a challenge against 1st place.
With several available carrying injury and illness the girls decided they wanted to play this week instead of forfeit and travelled to Morley Park the biggest field we've played on.

The girls gave everything they had knowing basically an empty bench meant that reinforcements would not be coming today.
As the game went on tired legs set in and spaces on the big ground opened.
Warilla took their opportunities well and found the back of the net with some excellent finishing.
Several late goals when we were running on fumes blew the scoreline wide open. But the effort from the ladies in blue never wavered.
