Dear Bowlers,

As I am sure some of you are aware, for many years there has been noise and speculation of Marion Bowland closing their doors and ceasing trading. It is with great regret that unfortunately these rumors have now become a reality and our days in this location are numbered.

In the past few weeks final plans of Westfields redevelopment of our space have been locked in and unfortunately, they were only able to offer us enough space to conduct business with 4-5 lanes. As I am sure you can understand this is not a viable business option as a centre this size wouldn’t even cover overheads. Westfield have been fantastic in letting us stay for as long as we have as this could quite easily have happened years ago but as they say, “all good things come to an end.”

Sunday January 15th 2023 will be our last day of trading. As of Monday 16th January the sad task of defitting the whole centre and moving everything out will begin. There is a chance of Marion Bowland relocating at a later date, however at this point we are unsure when or where as we do not yet have an appropriate space in an appropriate area in which to setup a new centre

We encourage everyone to come in and enjoy a game for 1 last time and thank you all for your support over the years. We hope you have all enjoyed coming here as much as we have enjoyed having you here.
