We're thrilled to announce that Prasil Narayanan has joined the Krushers for the 2026–27 season as a top-order batsman and Batting Coach.

Prasil brings outstanding experience from India, the UAE and Melbourne cricket, having played for clubs including Frankston, Moorabbin, Elsternwick and Clayton. He is an ICC Level 1 Coach and Cricket Australia Accredited Coach, with a passion for developing players and helping them reach their potential.

A Charlie Collins Award winner and Honour Board recipient, Prasil adds quality both on and off the field.

We can't wait to see him in action this season.

🏏 Big News for Our Junior Program! 🌟

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Niruparaj Chandrakaran (Raj) will be stepping in as the U14’s Winter Mid-Year Cricket Match Day Coach 🙌

This is a huge win for our juniors and the club.

Raj isn’t just a coach, he’s the complete package. A respected academic teacher off the field, and on it, one of the most dominant performers in the competition. He finished the 2025/26 SECA season as the leading wicket-taker across the entire competition 🔥 and capped it off by taking home the SEOCC Club Championship Award 🏆

What this really means is our young players now get to learn directly from someone who understands the game at a high level and knows how to communicate it clearly. That combination is rare and incredibly valuable.

His presence on match days will bring structure, insight, and confidence to our U14 group as they continue to develop their game.

👏 We welcome Raj into this role and thank him for giving back to the next generation of Krushers.

🏏 Introducing Dr Amit Singh – Club Doctor | Player

We’re proud to welcome Dr Amit Singh to the Reuben’s Cricket Coaching family and the Krushers (SEOCC) setup for the upcoming 2026 summer season.

Dr Amit is a dedicated medical professional at SIA Burwood Medical Centre, with a genuine passion for cricket. Alongside his medical career, he actively played at Knox Gardens Cricket Club, bringing both skill and competitiveness to the field.

A recent highlight includes a brilliant unbeaten century (100*) against Belgrave Cricket Club, a knock that reflects his composure, discipline, and love for the game.

Balancing a demanding medical career with competitive cricket isn’t easy, but Amit does it with consistency and intent. The same qualities he brings to his profession, discipline, resilience, and teamwork, are exactly what he delivers on the field.

Having worked closely with Head Coach Reuben for a long time, Amit now officially joins as our Team Doctor, while also playing for the Krushers (SEOCC) in 2026 and beyond.

This is a huge addition to our program, combining high-performance cricket with professional player care.
