Your SCY247 Coaches will keep you accountable to your goals. Our goal is to wedge a healthy way of GET YOUR FIRST WEEK FREE!

Your body knows movements, not muscles, so using functional exercises that mimic natural, daily movements strengthens you for life. This can improve your whole-body strength and fitness, not to mention boost your metabolism. In a functional training group there are a mixture of dynamic and static exercises. You will squat and lunge, push and pull. You will use a range of weights, as well as a range of resistance and integrating exercises. This style of group training is valuable for everyone, of all ages and abilities. We ensure no matter what your fitness level is or your goals are that there will be a range of workouts suitable for you. If you enjoy working out with a buddy or as a part of a group, our classes are for you. If you are looking for a functional training group that provides a variety of fun yet challenging workouts that push you and allows you to grow then we offer it all. Class runs for 45 mins during the week and 60 mins on the weekend. Times are:
Mon-Thurs , 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am and 5:30 & 6:00pm. Friday 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am
Saturday 8am & 9.15
Sunday 9.30

We offer a range of options depending on what your schedule or what body would allow. Unlimited Classes + 24/7 Access from $50 p/w

Casual Classes $25

1 Casual Week Classes & 24/7 Access $65. Plus, $25 for access fob

Group sessions might not be your thing… and that’s OK! We also offer 1:1 PT sessions for those of you who would like a more tailored session. These sessions are run outside of group class times, and need to be booked by contacting us direct. Eight years.

Eight years of early mornings, heavy lifts, sweaty high-fives, friendships, challenges, victories, setbacks (F You, COVID) and showing up when it would have been easier not to.

What started as an idea has grown into a community of incredible humans who continue to inspire us every single day.

To every member who has trusted us with their fitness, health and goals, thank you. To every coach who has poured their energy into this place, thank you. SCY is what it is because of Ella, Damo, Lozzy, Brad, and recently, Dom.
And a very special thank you to Ben and the team at Allied Physiotherapy - Ocean Grove for being the best partners we could ask for. Your support, expertise and genuine care for our members has made a huge difference over the years, and we’re incredibly grateful to have you as part of the SCY family.

To every person who has walked through our doors, whether for one session or hundreds, thank you.
SCY247 isn’t just a gym. It’s a family, a community and proof that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they have the right people beside them.

What a bloody great morning.

Grit, sweat, determination, and a whole lot of healthy competition.

The ladies went head-to-head in an epic battle for the trophy, with Claire officially crowning Candice our new champion. What a performance.

The boys then threw down in a brutal finisher to decide the trophy holder. Massive effort from everyone, and congratulations to TJ for digging deep and retaining the title.

The question is… who’s coming for the trophies in November for our in-house Hyrox? 👀🏆🔥

The SCY Winter Trials are coming.
