We are super excited for these girls to hit the paddock this Saturday at their Grand Final against Northern Thunder. WE are incredibly PROUD of these young ladies for always showing up for their coaches, club and each other 🥹

This year wasn't a fluke for these girls. It was all due to hard work, tenacity and determination. This was proven with their undefeated Minor Premiership status.

These girls are inspiring our young girls in the younger grades that indeed, girls do league. And they do it really well 💛💙

Congratulations girls, you have well deserved the spot in the big dance! We will be cheering you all on Saturday at Seabrook on Field 2 at 1:40pm.

A big Congratulations to our U18 Boys! Heading into the big dance this weekend - playing against Werribee Bears.

This week we will be celebrating our young men on getting to this point of the competition. The entire club is very proud of you all. Not only for getting this far, but for being such an inspiring example for our baby eels! In your corner always boys 💛💛💙💙

We had a fantastic Junior Gala Day yesterday and golly, we wrapped up our 2026 season for our U6–U12s with some truly enjoyable games!

Our Coaches and Team Managers presented their final Player of the Day awards for the year, and each coach reflected beautifully on their team’s growth, achievements, and spirit throughout the season.


This is a MASSIVE thank you to our Coaches, Team Managers and Aiders for dedicating an entire season to our babies. Thank you for leading from the front, giving our kids a platform to learn, grow and build their rugby league skills, and for being the legends they look up to every week.


A big THANK YOU also goes to our parents, guardians and supporters. The weekly grind of training, game days, early mornings and late nights does not go unnoticed. Your commitment ensures our kids get the greatest opportunity to learn and play the greatest game of all — thank you for everything you do.


To our Volunteers — thank you for helping run this club and keeping it the successful, family‑oriented community it is. From fundraising, canteen, facilities and events, to all the behind‑the‑scenes work that makes our club safe, inclusive and welcoming — you are the heartbeat of the Eels. It has been a truly enjoyable and peaceful season at Pakenham Eels, fittingly in our 10th year since inception.


Lastly, but certainly not least, a BIG thank you to our sponsors. Your support ensures we can provide quality programs, safe equipment, strong pathways and meaningful opportunities for every junior in our club. Your contribution directly impacts the experience our kids have, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership.

Our biggest Friday night season yet kicks off on September 18, 2026, and team nominations are OPEN NOW! Due to massive demand, we’ve expanded to 4 timeslots under the lights at Comely Banks.

Here is everything you need to know:
✅ Team Registration is 100% FREE! (Individual player rego is $162 total).
✅ 10 Regular Rounds + 3-Week Finals Series.

Choose your grade:
🏆 Mixed Social (Ages 11+): Perfect for families, friends, and fitness. Kick-offs at 6:00 PM & 6:50 PM.
💰 Open Mixed (Ages 13+): Step up the competition! Compete for a massive $3,000 Prize Pool ($2K for 1st, $1K for 2nd). Kick-offs at 6:50 PM & 7:40 PM.
💰 Open Men’s (Ages 13+): Our premier, high-speed grade closing out Friday nights at 8:30 PM. Also features a $3,000 Prize Pool!

(Junior competitions for U10s & U12s are also confirmed and will be announced next week!)

We hope you've all had a wonderful season representing Pakky Eels in the Blue and Gold? We have thoroughly enjoyed watching you all grow in your game of rugby league, in building lifelong friendships and competing with good sportsmanship!

Throwback to last weekend at our fields where our U14s Girls played their last game for the season proper, Round 15! We got to play against our fave team Altona 🐔 in which they’re always a delight to play against!

Congratulations girls on a great season! It’s been a fun, growth season for us all and there is so much promise for this team for next season!

We go again with preseason this side of Christmas, no rest for the wicked! But enjoy the break in between!
