Teens classes running on Monday and Wednesdays weekly, class sizes are limited to ensure each student gets the attention needed to thrive in the training environment provided. Students can sign up to do 1 or 2 sessions weekly.

One of the absolute best days i have had in Phuket, we went to visit a good friend and went exploring around in his home suburb of Thalang, beautiful beaches, rainforrest and a waterfall, then off for a quick visit to a local friends thai gym, of course the quick gym visit ended up being a couole of hours and i got to have a play with the local kids. Cant wait to go back and do it all again. So grateful to have found the best sport in the world
