Officer Cricket Club The New Home of the Bullants

Officer Cricket Club The New Home of the Bullants We are a family friendly fully inclusive cricket club established in 1920. In the early 30’s the club moved to the current site on Starling Rd.

With players ranging from 4yrs old to senior players in our Cricket Blast, Junior Teams, U10-U18, with dedicated Woman's and Girls Teams, and Senior Men's from Premier-E Grade. The Officer Cricket Club was first formed in the 1920’s and played in the KooWeeRup Cricket Association. The venue for their games was Crook’s paddock which was just on the highway side of the current Berwick Grammar School oval. They won their first premiership in 1932-33. In 1937-38, the club moved to the Berwick District Cricket Association. During the second world war, the club went into recession, although a temporary club was formed with Cardinia in 1943. In 1945, the club reformed and affiliated with the Berwick District Cricket Association. In 1954-55 and 1955-56, the club won consecutive premierships. In 1959, the club joined the recently formed Berwick-Pakenham District Cricket Association, this association was previously renamed to the West Gippsland Cricket Association and currently known as the Casey Cardinia Cricket Association. The Officer Cricket Club has been a member since its inception.

💚💛 A very special honour for two incredible Bullants. 💛💚

Officer Cricket Club is proud to recognise Tim Smith and Brent Pullen, with bowling ends at the club named in their honour for the 2026/27 season. 🏏

Both Tim and Brent have been long-serving members of the Officer Cricket Club, spending countless hours over many years giving back, helping build the club and contributing behind the scenes wherever needed.

Both are Life Members of the club, and fittingly, they were awarded that honour at the same time — another chapter in two journeys that have shared plenty of similarities over the years.

The Tim Smith End and the Brent Pullen End are a fitting recognition of the enormous contribution both men have made to Officer Cricket Club and the impact they have had on generations of Bullants.

Congratulations Tim and Brent — a fantastic and well-deserved honour. 👏🐜🏏

💚💛 WHAT A WAY TO LAUNCH SEASON 26/27! 🏏🐜

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Season Launch and helped make it such a successful evening!

It was fantastic to see so many players, juniors, families, supporters and members together at the club — and even better to see so many smiles and everyone enjoying themselves. 🙌

Events like this are a great reminder of what makes Officer Cricket Club so special. From our youngest Bullants right through to our senior teams, it was brilliant to have the whole club together and excited for the season ahead.

Thank you to everyone who helped organise the night, ran the activities and lent a hand behind the scenes. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Now the countdown is well and truly on… bring on Season 26/27! 🔥🏏
