Mercedes is a qauilfied fitness instructor and personal trainer with over 5 years in the industry.
With a background in weight training, mauy thai and aerobics she will bring fun and challenging sessions to make you fall in love with all things fitness.
Did we mention she also serve in the Australian Defence Force so prepare for some unique military inspired workouts 💪
Mercedes is very knowledgeable with working with and around injuries and can quickly adapt exercises to suit individual needs.
Mercedes also has a in depth understanding of all things nutrition and even grow most of her food herself!
She is super friendly and approachable so come say hi!
