Back Foot Drive Progression 🏏

Drill progression:
1. Start with back foot in place - Transfer weight onto the back leg and begin to understand the correct position.
2. Balance on back leg - Ensuring we’re getting aligned to our target.
3. Both feet together - Teaches front shoulder rotation into the ball and stability at the point of contact.
