What a fantastic weekend of karting at the Southern Tasmanian Kart Club!

Saturday delivered perfect weather, with everyone enjoying a great day at the track before coming together for a delicious meal that evening. A huge thank you to Sherby for generously donating the lamb—it was absolutely excellent and enjoyed by everyone!
We were also pleased to finish Saturday with no on-track incidents, which was fantastic to see.

Sunday was a little overcast, but thankfully the rain stayed away and we were treated to another great day of racing. Like every race weekend, there were highs and lows, but the atmosphere remained positive and everyone appeared to enjoy the day.

A very special thank you to Sparco for supporting the Sparco Cup and helping us deliver another memorable race weekend.
Thank you also to all our officials, volunteers, canteen helpers, competitors, families and supporters. These events simply wouldn’t be possible without everyone pitching in.

Congratulations to all our drivers, and thank you for another brilliant weekend at STKC! 🏎️🏁

Hey everyone - dont forget our 'Sparco Cup' meeting this weekend on Sunday. Weather is looking awesome! Sparco

1. IMPORTANT - If you're racing get those entries in asap!

2. Practice day Saturday - weather looks good!

3. After practice on Saturday we have another of our spit roast dinners. From about 6pm. We need to know numbers in order to cater. Drop a message below with name and numbers. Payment on night (cash or card - $10 a head). Bar also open. Come and socialise 😄🏁

(We would also appreciate any donations for this - be it desserts, biscuits/snacks etc. Let us know via message below before Friday if you can help)

There will be a spit roast, veges, salad and desserts. Bar will be open.

The Sparco Cup meeting is coming up on the 13th September and, once again, the fun, fast and friendly "J" Class is included!
J Class Racing means Fun racing for everyone. Get those entries in!

Just a reminder for the 'Sparco Cup' race meeting on Sunday 13th September. This is a popular annual meeting which always provides fun racing and plenty of prizes.

WE ARE INCLUDING THE 'J' CLASS AGAIN - FUN RACING !!

If you have a J and a license - come along and enjoy the competition and , most importantly, HAVE FUN.
Don't forget - 'J' Racing is all about having a great time.
There may even be some special prizes and incentives for J Drivers.

Also, on Saturday 12th - after the practice during the day - the Club is holding a dinner - so please consider coming along to that as well and enjoy a social night with all the karters. $10 a head :)

(pps - contrary to the photo below, helmets, gloves etc are mandatory. Smile is also mandatory!)
