My boys have been selected to play for QLD for futsal, I’m taking the week off to enjoy being mum!! A week off pt sessions doesn’t mean it’s a week off!!!! Please msg me if you need help with anything!!! My phone will still be on me!!! 💖💖

Due to a change in my timetable I will be opening up my availability for some more personal training clients. My two first spots I’m opening is Wednesday 5am and Friday 5am. If learning the gym is something you would like to do, send me a msg and let’s chat 🙂 💖

My wonderful Kylie!! I have been training her for a very long time, she hurt her wrist at work 14 months ago and started her long road to recovery!

After working with her physio and specialist for 12 months today her face lit the room with smiles as we were allowed to start boxing again!!!! Kylie King you are amazing 🙏 🥰

As I scroll Instagram I see so many ‘influencers’ showing themselves in their cute little gym gear, with their pretty hair, spending so much time in the gym!!! I am no Influencer so I’m just posting this to keep it real for all the mummas who struggle to even make it to the gym!!! I’m a mum of three, some days I don’t brush my hair, I will always put my kids sports and schooling before my training! I love my fitness and the way it makes me feel but some days it just doesn’t work in my favour!!! I am a busy mum telling all the other busy mums you are doing a bloody awesome job!!! Give yourself a high five if u even made it to the gym today!!! A few photos of a snippet of my week so far (it’s only Wednesday 😂) happy first week back at school!!!!! 🤘
