🏆 LAST MONTH'S INTERGYM CHALLENGE WINNER! 🏆

Hats off to everyone who gave last month’s STAIRMASTER challenge a red-hot crack! 💪🔥

The feedback was that you all LOVED it... 😂🤣😂 Okay, maybe loved is a strong word, but your efforts definitely did not go unnoticed, and you are all absolute legends for getting stuck in!

But there can only be one winner…

And the person who absolutely annihilated that machine and showed it who’s BOSS was… 🏆 ELISSA!!! 🏆

A ridiculous 7️⃣4️⃣ FLOORS in just 10 minutes! 😳🔥

That’s basically sitting around Level 20–21 for the entire 10 minutes.
AND. THAT. IS. FLYING. 🚀

Elissa, your prize is waiting for you at reception ~ come and claim your bragging rights! 👏

And for everyone else… Next month’s challenge is coming VERY soon. 👀

HEY TEAM! 💪

Just a gentle reminder to please be mindful of your fellow members and re-rack your weights after you’ve finished. 🙏

It’s common courtesy ~ and hey, think of it as the final rep of your workout! 😉💪

A little effort from everyone keeps the gym safer, tidier and more enjoyable for us all.

Lift it ‼️
Use it ‼️
Re-rack it ‼️

Thanks guys 🌞
