The stage is set for an amazing morning of running this Sunday at Queens Park, Mackay! 🌴☀️

If you’ve got an 8-11 year old who loves to run, this is the event for them! 🙌

A great opportunity for our younger runners to get out there, have a crack and enjoy being part of a fantastic community event; with all proceeds going to the Pancare Foundation. 💜

A little older? No problem!
The 5km or 10km Shawn Claydon Memorial Shield events are there for you.

Congratulations Shailee!

After arriving home only a few days ago from National Cross Country, Shailee has backed it up with a fantastic meet at the

NQ Track & Field Trials today.
🥇 1st – 1500m + New Record
🥇 1st – 800m + New Record + 4-second PB
🥇 1st – 3000m + New Record

All three performances were inside the Queensland Qualifying Times.

Shailee won’t contest the Steeplechase at this meet due to the paper-copy application process, but she’ll be back over the barriers at All Schools States.

A huge effort after such a big National Cross Country campaign. Well done, Shailee!

And as always, a big thank you to Gavin Heward for his work alongside Shailee’s coaching team. It’s fantastic having another coach contributing to her development and helping us continue to learn and grow together.
