There must be something in the water at Pakky because the milestones have been flying lately 👀

August is usually one of those months where the cold weather makes hitting snooze very tempting
but you guys have done the complete opposite.

The Attendance Challenge has had everyone showing up, bringing friends, chasing each other up the leaderboard and making training genuinely fun, and all those sessions are starting to add up.

Hence
a LOT of milestone photos lately 😂

100, 250, 500, 750 and beyond.

It’s a pretty good reminder that consistency gets a whole lot easier when you’ve got a community around you that makes you actually want to show up.

Congrats to every single one of you hitting a milestone 💙

Onto the next one.

The trick to achieving your goals isn’t perfection. It’s planning for the moments you won’t be.

You already know where things usually fall apart.

You snack when you’re bored.
You snooze the early alarm.
You leave your sessions until the end of the week.
You get busy and grab whatever food is easiest.

So instead of pretending those things won’t happen, plan around them.

Keep better snacks in the house.
Book the evening class.
Train earlier in the week.
Make tomorrow’s lunch while you’re making dinner.

You don’t need a perfect routine.

You just need one that works with real life.

This is it the FINAL full week of the August Attendance Challenge 👀

You’re on the home stretch, so make it count.

Book the session you really don’t feel like doing.
Invite the friend who keeps saying “maybe next week.”
Post that workout to your story and grab those extra points.

Every point counts this week, and the winner will officially be decided next week.

One last push. Show up and finish strong. 💙

Melbourne HYROX prep starts here 👀

We’re officially heading into our 12-week build to HYROX Melbourne this December, and we’ve stepped things up.

What used to be one Thursday session is now:

Tuesday mornings — HYROX training
Thursdays — HYROX training
Sundays — SIMs + Run Club

So whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX or chasing a new PB, you’ve now got even more opportunities to train specifically for race day.

And if you’ve been watching the HYROX sessions from a distance thinking “that looks way too intimidating for me” let this be your sign to come try one.

You don’t need experience. You just need to start.

And to our HYROX athletes
we cannot wait to see what you’re capable of this December. đŸ”„

R U OK? Day is about more than asking the question once a year.

It’s about checking in on the people you care about, starting conversations that actually matter, and reminding each other that no one has to carry the hard stuff alone.

That’s what our Ergathon is all about too.

Every stroke represents another conversation, another check-in, another reminder that sometimes the smallest things can make a big difference.

And when you’re having a rough day, sometimes it’s the simple things that help a run, a walk, a block of chocolate, a margarita, a chat with someone you love.

So check in on your people.

Ask the question.

And take the time to listen to the answer. 💛

Another wave of milestones coming through 💙

Every number represents sessions you showed up for, days you chose yourself, and a whole lot of consistency along the way.

Whether it’s 100, 250, 500 or beyond, every milestone deserves celebrating.

So proud of this crew. Keep showing up, keep stacking sessions, and keep chasing the next one đŸ’Ș

Some people are more than just a coach.

Gen has been everyone’s biggest cheerleader since she joined us in 2022, and I don’t think she’ll ever truly understand how many lives she’s changed in that time.

She’s kind, compassionate, ridiculously easy to talk to, and the type of person who makes people feel seen.

Her impact went so much further than coaching a class. She cared about every member’s experience, every little win, every hard day, and every person who walked through the doors.

That passion and commitment is exactly why she went on to become our manager, and she gave everything she had to this place and this community.

Today was Gen’s last day with us, and we are absolutely devastated to see her go.

But we also know she’s destined for amazing things, and we’re so excited to see what’s next for her.

And don’t worry, we’ve already told her she can come train whenever she wants, so this definitely won’t be the last time we see her.

LSKD Fountain Gate, you’ve got one of our best.

We’ll be expecting a phat discount.

We love you, Gen. Thank you for everything. 💙

Something BIG is coming to F45 Pakenham.

On Saturday September 5, we’re taking on a 12-hour Community Ergathon in support of R U OK? Day.

From 7am–7pm, the rowers will be moving continuously as our members, local businesses, sporting clubs and the wider community come together for one goal:

Every Stroke Starts a Conversation.

Whether you row for 5 minutes or 50, every metre counts towards something bigger, reminding each other that we don’t have to carry the hard stuff alone.

You can row solo or grab a team, jump on an erg and help us build one HUGE total distance across the day.

There’ll be challenges, prizes, local businesses getting involved, plenty happening in studio and, most importantly, a reason to start conversations that matter.

This isn’t just for F45 members either, everyone is welcome.

Save the date:
Saturday September 5
7am–7pm
F45 Pakenham

Registrations, sponsors, teams and plenty more details are coming very soon.

For now
start thinking about who you want rowing beside you. 💛
