✨ Always follow the pull.

Sometimes your dreams don’t make complete sense to anyone else.

Sometimes they don’t even make complete sense to you yet.

But there’s that quiet feeling inside that keeps saying…

This way. Keep going. There’s something here for you.

I’m learning more and more to trust that feeling.

To follow my intuition.
To say yes when something feels right.
To let go when something no longer does.
And to have the courage to follow a dream before I know exactly how it’s all going to work out.

Because sometimes the path only becomes clear after you start walking it.

Trust yourself.
Follow the little nudges.
Follow the things that light you up.

You can't build intimacy while your body thinks it's under attack.
