🤩🔥To have 12 of our teams make finals is incredibly exciting and such a fantastic reflection of our Stadium Program.

It is also a wonderful testament to the dedication, commitment and quality coaching and training these teams receive week in and week out.

What a day! So much excitement, pride, courage, resilience and most importantly TEAM & CLUB SPIRIT!🦁❤️🫶

Our P.Holland & Co Concreting U15 Gold were the first junior team to book their spot in the Div 1 Grand Final! 🎉
What an incredible achievement for this young team and one we are so incredibly proud of 🤩🔥

Next up was our Shawn Mendis Lawyers U17 Gold, and this team gave us every reason to be very proud
🦁❤️🫶 This group has certainly faced its challenges this season, with two players suffering season-ending injuries, another player unable to play finals due to concussion following a car accident, and our U15 Goaler, Gemma, who stepped up to assist the team unfortunately injuring her ankle in a game on Wednesday night.
Yet today, they showed exactly what being a TEAM is all about.
They showed resilience. Determination. Courage. Flexibility. Maturity💪❤️🦁💪
With players having to step into positions outside their usual roles to cover missing teammates, they embraced the challenge and showed what “team first” truly means.
They went down to Emerald by just 3 goals, but they never, ever gave up. Right until that final whistle, they fought for each other. That takes 💯incredible teamwork, courage and maturity and as a club, we could not be prouder of every single one of them🔥🤩🦁❤️🫶
A huge thank you to Hannah from U15 Maroon, who stepped in today and did an absolutely awesome job helping the team. What a wonderful example of our club spirit and culture in action! 🫶🦁❤️

Then came our final game of the day, with our Battery Zone Pakenham C Grade securing their place in the Grand Final! 🎉

🔥 Another amazing training night! 🔥
Fired by our players’ determination to always give their best, combined with our exceptional coaching team who continually plan and deliver training sessions designed to help our teams be their best — there is so much to be proud of in our Netty family! 🦁❤️

Last night was also our final meal night for the 2026 season, and we are truly grateful to the outstanding volunteers who selflessly give their time and energy to help whenever they can.

Volunteers are the oxygen of clubs! 🫶

🙏❤️🦁🫶A very special thank you to Corey, who once again in 2026 took on the absolutely massive job of planning, purchasing, cooking, serving and then cleaning up after our meal night. What an incredible effort! Thank you, Corey — we are so very grateful for everything you do for our club, always. 🙏❤️

🙏A huge thank you also to our amazing meal helpers Shelley, Sarah, Ann and Sven for consistently being available to help whenever we have meals, to Leigh & Lisa for always helping with the preparation, and to Sam and Andrea for jumping in to help whenever you are both available🦁❤️🫶🙏
