Weekend breakfast treat 🤤 Today I took time for me…I’ve been pushing myself all week and whilst out running yesterday I realised my legs need a day to chill. So instead of pushing limits I chose to do a big walk and enjoy an açai along the way. Sometimes it’s ok to take day off and just enjoy life 🧘♀️

Sometimes life can through us some real curve balls that cause stress, anxiety and even sadness. It’s times like these to force yourself to get out into nature and fresh air for exercise to help relieve these issues, even if it’s just temporary. Give yourself time away from your thoughts and replace it with endorphins and healthy thoughts. Exercise can often be under estimated in times like these.

I couldn’t fit enough benefits on this image. Boxing is seriously a great source of training for small spaces and to maintain a fit and strong body.

I’m devastated the gym will be shut but there are things to do in your home until we get out of this mess. Keep healthy, fit and mentally stable in this tough time guys 🥊

These look great for an increase in strength and balance. A modified version of some of the exercises we are already doing but challenging your glutes and core more. Can’t wait to give some of them a shot 💪🏼

Fitness doesn’t always have to include getting off to training. Find activities you enjoy that get you moving and out into the fresh air to add onto your training. If you don’t enjoy something you’re less likely to do it. Find that balance between what you have to do and what you like to do. 🏄♀️

What exercise are you going to do today to help your body become stronger? Do what you can with what ever you can...no excuses. If it means a quick circuit because you have no time then do it. If you have to find a spot on your lounge room for floor for some push ups and abs with kids crawling all over you then do it. If you have an injury find exercises to do around it don’t make it an excuse. What ever it is just do it ✅ Something is better than nothing 💪🏼
