Wondering when you can catch our team in the studio? Our staffed hours are:

6am – 11am & 3pm – 7pm

✨ Saturday
7am – 11am

Outside of staffed hours, members still have 24/7 access, so your Pilates routine can actually work around your schedule.

And there’s more than reformer Pilates 👀 Your membership also gives you access to our mat Pilates space and infrared sauna.
