Top effort Alex, Hunter and Cooper. Two school Rugby League First Team captains at Saints (Alex and Cooper) and our 2025 Senior Player of the Year (Hunter), all Palmerston Raiders and now CAS Reps as well.
💚 RAIDERS REPRESENTING IN MELBOURNE 💚
A huge congratulations to our Palmerston Raiders players Cooper Moore, Alex Liddle and Hunter Knight who have been selected to participate in the CAS program and are currently in Melbourne 🙌✈️
This is an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment these boys show every time they step on the field. Opportunities like this don’t come easy, and we couldn’t be prouder to see them representing our club on a bigger stage 💪
We wish Cooper, Alex and Hunter all the best during their time away, enjoy every moment, learn as much as you can and do the Raiders proud!
💚

This Memory Lane Monday, the legendary Mr Kent is the man of the hour.
Mr Kent was an inaugural Saints Union coach and a mainstay in the men’s team up until he left the College at the end of 2019.
Apart from being a gun coach and player, his other interests involved knocking back a cold glass of L.A. Ice Cola after a hard week‘s work.
Last we heard, Mr Kent was involved with Rugby down in Brisbane. If you see this post, Mr Kent, let Saints fans know what you’re up to in the comments.

NRL NT School Championships - u16s Girls
Rosebery Secondary 32 - 16 Saints

NT Schools Championships update:
u16s Girls - Rosebery Secondary 34 - 16 Saints
Tries - Lily R x3 and Emily.
MVP - Lily R
Our girls played really well to go into the half time break 12-12 but with the 2-person bench being reduced due to injury, although they tried hard, it was a bridge too far trying to beat both the heat and the opposition without reinforcements.
Open Boys - Saints 56 - 6 Driver Secondary
Tries - Timana Roe x4, Cooper Moore x2, Judd Boulton x2, Luke Knight, Jackson Jones and Gopal Mutanda.
MVP - Timana Roe
Next week, our u16s Boys open their Championship account when they play Katherine High at MCC on Wednesday.

We’re back with the Friday Flashbacks and this week we’ve dug some player profiles from the 2022 season out of the archives.
We‘re also back next week with two games of footy, hosting the NRLNT Schools Championships on Saints Field next Wednesday from noon.
We need a few more u16s Girls and Open aged boys to fill up numbers. Please grab a note from Student Services if you’re keen to step up and answer the call.
While most pictured today have moved on now, Sonny and Jackson will begin their farewell tours at the Championships. We wish them and all our teams the best of luck.

Friday Flashback rewinds to the opening rounds of the 2019 NTRU season. A historic one for the Saints, with our first wins in both the boys and girls competitions. Fast forward only a couple of years later and our girls are multi-time winners and the boys have gone from 80-point losses to a Grand Final. Hard work always pays.

For sale:
We‘ve cleaned out the cupboards this afternoon and found the very last pairs of playing shorts from our Saints NTRU era.
On the left, we have our Girls cut in sizes 16 (x4), 18 (x2) and 20.
On the right, we have our final two pairs of Mary MacKillop tartan shorts that our boys wore all the way to their 16s GF in sizes 3xl and 4xl. These are unlikely to ever be repeated.
If you’d like a pair, all never worn, they are $15 each (we buy them for $35 each).
