Excited to have Lauren Deans PT back with the NL Fam!

Well… that wasn’t quite how I expected today to go! 😂🤦‍♀️

Plot twist of 2026!!

After getting ready to start a new chapter at Legacy Fitness, we received the devastating news this morning that unfortunately, Legacy will no longer be opening.

To say I was gutted would be an understatement. I was so excited for what was ahead, and my heart genuinely goes out to everyone who put so much time, energy and love into making Legacy happen. ❤️

BUT… sometimes life throws you a curveball, and you just have to roll with it!

So, here’s the next plot twist…

LAUREN DEANS PT IS HEADING BACK TO NEXT LEVEL! 💪🎉

Yep, we’re going full circle! 😂

And you know what? I’m actually really excited!

I’ve missed that smaller gym, community feel, and I’m looking forward to getting back to where I started.

Same me, same questionable jokes, same love of lifting heavy things… just a different gym! 😂

And while I’ll still be doing face-to-face PT, I’m also excited to keep growing the online coaching side of Lauren Deans PT.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s supported me through this unexpected rollercoaster of a day.

Here’s to new beginnings… again! 🥂😂
