This week, we'd like to give a special shout-out to one of our youngest coaches, Eve, who has done an amazing job leading our U14 Girls Division 1 team this season.

Despite her young age, Eve brings incredible energy, passion, and dedication to every training session and game. She has built strong connections with the girls, helping them grow not only as basketball players but also as confident and supportive teammates.

Her commitment, positive attitude, and willingness to give back to the game make her a fantastic role model for our young athletes. We are incredibly proud to have Eve as part of our coaching team and grateful for the time and effort she puts into helping our players develop and enjoy the sport they love.

Coaching is about so much more than game day. It means planning training sessions, building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating a positive environment where players can grow both on and off the court. Kassi's commitment to our athletes and club is greatly appreciated.

🏀 TRAFFIC & PARKING ALERT 🏀

With the Cricket Test Match on at TIO Stadium from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 August, we're expecting heavier traffic and limited parking around the Marrara precinct this week.

🚗 What this means for you:

Allow extra travel time — traffic could add 15–20 minutes to your usual trip
Parking near the stadium will be limited — carpool where you can, or arrive a little earlier than usual
Drop-off and pick-up may take longer than usual, especially for junior games — please plan ahead so no one is left waiting around
