Life doesn’t slow down just because you have goals.

Some weeks I’m motivated. Some weeks I’m tired, busy and pulled in a hundred different directions.

But I’ve learnt that staying focused isn’t about being perfect it’s about continuing to show up.

Train when you can.
Rest when you need to.
Keep your priorities straight.
And don’t lose yourself in the chaos.

Small steps. Consistent effort. Eyes on the bigger picture. 🧡

Me and my girl don’t really do an off-season… we train hard all year round. LFG! 🔥💪🏼

Today’s workout went a little something like this 👇🏼

🏃‍♀️ 3km run
🚲 2km bike
🍑 20 lunges

🏃‍♀️ 2km run
🚲 1km bike
🍑 30 lunges

🏃‍♀️ 1km sprint
🚲 1km bike
🍑 40 lunges

🏃‍♀️ 1km cool down

Nothing better than pushing each other, getting uncomfortable and putting in the work together. 🧡

In and out of the trenches we’ve always got each other. 🤝🔥

We came, we did exactly what we set out to do, and shaved 7 minutes off last year’s time! Most importantly, we had so much fun out there.
