Nambour Golf Club The Nambour Golf Club is where you get the feeling you are closer to tropical Cairns than the sub-tropical Sunshine Coast.

With the course centred around a valley full of beautiful rainforest pockets, it has Queensland written all over it. The course is open 7 days a week, with 40 motorised carts for hire, Golf Specials are run everyday, please visit www.nambourgolfclub.com.au for all golfing prices. The clubhouse is also fully licensed with main member competition days being Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, Ladies Day on Thursday. Visitors are also welcome to play in all competitions. Bookings are essential, please phone the Golf Shop on 5441 2049 for bookings.

Wow, What a day!

At 4:30am, the idea of the day going ahead almost seemed far-fetched, but we pushed on — and boy, are we glad we did!

With 190 people coming together to enjoy our 4 Person Ambrose Cancer Charity Day, which also doubled as the celebration of Nambour Golf Club’s 100th Anniversary, it truly was a day to remember.

And what a result!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, visitors, sponsors and everyone involved, we are thrilled to announce that we raised an amazing $5,177.30, which has been donated to the Nambour Hospital Cancer Unit.

Our greens are getting their biannual green renovation.

There are a few changes to our opening hours to accommodate.
Sunday: Closed from 2pm
Monday: Opening from 9am
Tuesday: closed all day

And to thank you for your patience, we’re offering 25% off full priced 18 and 9 hole green fee.

This will be available through to Sunday the 27th of September.

This Saturday, we’re celebrating a huge milestone as Nambour Golf Club turns 100 years old! 🏌️‍♂️

To make the day even more special, we’ll also be hosting our annual Cancer Charity Day, bringing together two incredibly important occasions for our club and our community.

It’s set to be one of the biggest days in the club’s history, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our members, friends and supporters.

On Saturday, 15 August, we held our annual Men’s Foursomes, with 26 teams battling it out for the honours.

Congratulations to our winners, Nick Kirkwood and Jason Witney, who proved too strong for the field and took out the title with a fantastic performance. Well done also to all of our placegetters and everyone who took part in making it another successful event.

A special thank you to our caterers for providing a delicious and nutritious lunch for the players to enjoy after their first 18 holes. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to our Masters Pennants team on a fantastic grand final victory over Noosa Springs, played at Noosa Springs — a remarkable achievement in itself!
The team showed incredible determination and composure to get the win, with Peter Rogers producing the decisive moment by winning on the 19th hole and delivering the final blow.
