A special Monday Edition of NRL as our Parramatta Eels face the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs on King's Birthday.

Our Baby Parramatta Eels go down swinging in Newcastle.

The young cut-and-paste squad showed glimpses of their best and worst throughout the contest. A forward pass saw an opportunity for our boys to take the lead at halftime slip through our hands.

Terrible ball handling in the second half saw the Newcastle Knights skate to a comfortable lead. But a spirited fightback led by Ronald Volkman saw us fall agonisingly short, as a final try attempt was held up over the try line in the last minutes...

We go again next week. Thoughts, Army?

Our Parramatta Eels are back from their Bye Week, Isaiah Iongi is back! Although we're straight into the fray against top four hopefuls the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.

Our Parramatta Eels are humbled by the Melbourne Storm at NRL Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium.

Despite the Storm showing glimpses of their absolute worst, our Eels sank to even lower depths, losing the ball, falling off tackles and failing to stop the offloading all night as a respectable scoreline turned ugly by fulltime.

I watched this one from the grandstands, anything you guys watching on TV might have picked up as to why our Eels were so poor tonight?
