We are sad to say that we closed our doors on the 30th of September 2020 😞 Covid-19 has hit us hard and due to this global pandemic, and uncertainty in the market, we are in the process of restructuring our business and as part of this restructure have decided to close the current studio location. We are devastated that we will have to surrender such an amazing location and it is filled with so many happy memories of our students and friends laughing and growing but alas everything changes and we are quietly positive that it will be for the better. We are a covid safe business and therefore please find below our covid safe plan. This plan is for the wellbeing of staff and our lovely students!

- A very extensive cleaning regiment which has been implemented to make sure surfaces stay sanitary as possible.
- We ask that everyone "scrubs in" upon arrival and "scrubs out" before leaving. We have hand sanitizer all around the studio so this process can happen.
- Your teacher will be wearing a mask however it isn't compulsory for students. We have masks and gloves available if you would prefer to use these for your lessons.
- The studio will be open by appointment only.
- We will still be offering online lessons! If you wish to have a lesson from the comfort of your own home or you are in a high risk category and can't come into the studio yet online lessons are for you. We also have the option for no contact lessons. Please contact me if you would prefer this type of lesson.
- Currently due to the increasing regulations on businesses with COVID-19 and to help with the social distancing rules we will be placing group classes at Parramatta on hold. As soon as we can we will start them back up we will. We will keep you updated.
- If you are unwell please let us know so we can cancel your lesson and reorganize it for a time when you feel better. Better to be safe than sorry!

We love our stretch class.
It will run on a Saturday at 1.15pm and go for 45 minutes.
You will need to bring your yoga mat and a drink bottle.
Flexibility is so important for our dancing but also for just general life. This class is aimed at beginner level and if you need something a bit more this will also be accommodated.

Please note we need at least 3 people to run these sessions so you will need to register that you are coming. If we don't have the numbers on that week (deadline 12noon the day before) we will cancel the class. To register your attendance there will be a facebook group for the stretch class, make sure you mark yourself as going by the deadline.
