Yes, our workouts are challenging and include skilled movements, but every session is designed to suit all fitness levels.

We meet you where you’re at 🙌
Not able to run? Swap it for battle ropes or prescribed rehab to get you running again. You choose the weights that work for you, and we always break movements down before progressing to higher-skill exercises.

Whether you’re just starting out or ready to level up, there’s a place for you here 🔥

Teams of two 👯‍♀️

40/30/20 wall balls combined 1W/1R break up the reps however you like
1 x stair run 1 x hill run together between each set

Then 3 rounds of
-40 DB swings
-30 s/a thrusters
-20 bottom half burpees
Both working at the same time-break up the reps however you like.

Thank you, Steph, for taking the time to share your experience with us. It was so wonderful to read how much you get out of each session. We’re incredibly glad you decided to join us and become part of the Designer Body community.

“I started bootcamp with Merinda in September after a friend mentioned she was joining.
I knew I needed to do something for myself, so I decided to come along too.
On the drive there, we were both wondering what we had signed ourselves up for! But from the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, encouraging each other and constantly shouting out supportive comments.
They still do every time we need to get up the Knapsack stairs 😉 Every time I leave bootcamp, I feel better both physically and mentally.
The coaches and members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and motivating, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to each week. Even my kids come along and join in. My son had just started back after an ACL injury, and they made him feel so welcome that Friday night bootcamp has now become our little family tradition.
I never would have imagined I’d enjoy something like this so much, but joining Designer Body has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.”
