Grand Final Day 2026 💛🖤

Congratulations to our umpires on being selected for a grand final! This in itself is a huge accomplishment and something you should all be proud of.

Leanne - This year Leanne was allocated across two time-slots, that being Mixed Div 2, and as a spare for the following time-slot. Leanne had been umpiring across mixed 2 all season, lending a hand to Emmaus Netball Club. Very familiar with these teams, and all are quite happy to have Leanne on their games! Congratulations Leanne!

Emily - This year marks an outstanding achievement for Emily having been allocated on the most prestigious grand final, A1. Emily has worked all season on A1 after being selected by the Penrith umpiring panel to do this grade, and has been nothing short of continued effort, perseverance, and a reflection of her hard work and ability to get this far! The club is very proud of you on this achievement, and hope you are proud of yourself, even if you were ready for it to be over before going into extra time due to a draw, and then extra extra time as the result was still a draw! Well done!

Jen - this year Jen was allocated to her first winter final, and then to her surprise, her first winter grand final. She has worked hard all year, trying her best to improve herself and her game. It is of no surprise to us how hard she’s worked, and now has been noticed by Penrith for her consistency, game management, and ability to adapt to all games and circumstances. Congratulations Jen.

Talia - This year has been a ride like no other, from 12s to A4, she has shown us she is capable of every game. Grand final was no exception, having being allocated a B3, shows her versatility and adaptability. Well done!
