HOW DOES THE SAYING GO? Walked under a ladder, a black cat crosses your path 😫 thats about how we could describe the weekend and especially the final race today of the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series for both Cody Brewczynski Racing and Craig Woods #64 the former had a DNF coming to a stop around turn one with mechanical issues, and the later ending up stranded in the kitty litter at the Chase after a huge lockup coming into it, but there is a silver lining to the weekend, in this last race, race four Justin Ruggier came home in third place 🏆 - Yeah ha which we believe will see him at least 3rd for the weekend!!

Packup time now, take the utes back to home base in Penrith get them ship shape for the quick turn around as we head to Queensland for the streets of the Gold Coast with the Supercars.

We had a post race 3 chat with Cody Brewczynski Racing after two tough races in the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series here at Bathurst. Have a gander at what he had to say.

HOT SHOTS from our third Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series race, top of the WSM pops was Justin Ruggier he came home in third place, Craig Woods #64 had another fifth place and unfortunately Cody Brewczynski Racing suffered another tyre issue and was 19th,and that was after yesterdays DNF due to fuel issues. Stayed tuned we have a couple of driver interviews coming up.

Just the one Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series race today and we are getting ready to rock and roll.

WELL RACE 2 did not go as planned unfortunately, Justin Ruggier was on the front row as part of the top 6 inversion for ...

WELL RACE 2 did not go as planned unfortunately, Justin Ruggier was on the front row as part of the top 6 inversion for the grid (selected by our own Cody Brewczynski Racing after winning race one) but got swamped off the start and was sitting in 3-4 by turn one. The Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series race for us went further downhill when Cody had contact with another ute into the cutting that cut short his race - and this was all on lap one!! The safety car came out and this saw the race reduced to 1.5 racing laps (in four laps) a one lap dash then saw Ruggier come home on the podium in third and Craig Woods #64 managed to move forward and was fifth at the chequered Flag 🏁

Just one race for the class tomorrow it gets underway at 10.15am local time.

A Velocity Magazine Photo Dump from this mornings first Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series Race one that we won 😎 well our own Cody Brewczynski Racing did, Cody managed to get the jump from second on the grid to take the lead into turn one and thats where he stayed, he held off a late race challenge on the safety car restart. He also managed to set a new race lap record as well of 2:28.2619 - our second fastest of the three Thrifty Australia WSM Utes was Justin Ruggier he was 5th and in 9th was Craig Woods #64 - we have another race coming up at 12.45pm local time, keep an eye on our page for more great shots and video from the boys, and girls.
