Kit is a world class grappler who got his black belt in 4 years, so he is a wealth of knowledge.
The seminar will have a fair bit of rolling and you'll have a chance to roll against Kit.

$50 for Zoo Members
$70 for non Members
Venue: Zoo Fitness Penrith
Time: 6pm, roughly 2 hours
