We have been asked for this by parents for years now. Well it’s time ladies & gentlemen. Teddy Bears class will run Monday’s at 4pm for 20 minutes. It will be open to 2 & 3 year olds. If mums & dads want to get on the mat with their little ones they can. It will be a fun session aimed at getting these little guys ready to eventually graduate to the Cubs class (4-8 year olds). The first session will start back when the term kicks off on Monday 12th October. See you all soon.

We have real people doing real Jiu Jitsu here at Sydney West Martial Arts. Stop putting off that trial class & come in today. It’s not that scary. It’s people just like you that just want to get fitter & strangle some people (in a purely consensual way😂)

Another grading with the kids from Sydney West. These young people come in after a full day at school & try their best to improve themselves each week. Grading day is a lovely way to show their progress & development in this difficult martial art & they all showed improved skills. The team at Sydney West appreciate all the parents who make the effort to bring their little ones in & are helping to give their kids a leg up in life. See you all back next term. Monday 12th October.
