🔸 Attend 12 or more FTP classes in the 28 DAY CHALLENGE (May 4th-31st)
🔸Try the MAY Top Shelfers Challenge
🔸 FTP TESTIMONIAL- this will be during a class a quick 10-20sec video of what you love about FTP etc
🔸Successfully complete all of these tasks and you will receive 1 ticket in the barrel to WIN 1 of the amazing prizes.
HOW TO GET EXTRA TICKETS IN THE BARREL:
🔸Refer a person to signup for a FREE 7 day pass in the month of MAY = 2 tickets in the barrel
🔸Refer a person who signs up to the May 28 Day Challenge= 5 Tickets in the barrel

POWER PILATES CLASS coming Sunday February 22nd at 8am down at the FTP STUDIO.
This class aims to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and discover balance for a healthier lifestyle
The Pilates Class is included in all the active FTP Memberships.
