this one’s a little vulnerable…
some of you may have noticed, but over the last few months I’ve taken a step back from socials. no stories, barely posting… just space.
because the truth is — social media is a highlight reel. and when it’s also your work, the pressure hits different.
I got caught in the cycle of feeling like I wasn’t showing up enough, not showing up “right”, not doing what everyone else was doing… and it slowly pulled me into a place of comparison, lack, and zero creativity.
I felt like I lost my voice… and who I am as a coach.
so I stepped away.
to reconnect with myself, my vision, and my why.
this is your reminder — social media and the expectations around it are not worth losing yourself over.
it’s okay to take a step back.
it’s okay to choose you.💚

This time of year can be overwhelming but here is your reminder that you don’t need to OWN your chocolate treats✨
Here are some tips & tricks to navigate this time of year x
3 Reasons Why You Aren’t Seeing Results

2️⃣ Not applying progressive overload in your training or training without intensity
3️⃣ Not being consistent! Whether you are showing up 5 days out of 1 week of the year isn’t going to get you there….

LETS MAKE BANANA CHOC CHIP BREAD🍌
• Preheat Oven at 180 degrees
• Line a bread tin
• Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl
• Add: 2 eggs + 125g Melted Butter + 1tsp vanilla extract + 1tbsp brown sugar (or honey) & mix
• Add: 1tsp baking powder + 200g plain flour & mix
• Add your choice of chocolate & mix ins
• Pour into tin & top with chocolate chips
• Bake for 50-60 mins or until cooked
Let cool & Enjoy💅🏼
Save this for next time your bananas ripen too quickly😉🍪
