Beginning with a nourishing, breath-led slow flow designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and bring you into your body. Movements are unhurried and intuitive, creating space for strength and softness.
This practice will melt into an extended sound immersion, allowing you to rest deeply as vibrations support relaxation, integration and emotional release.
The session is ideal for you if you're feeling tired, overstimulated or in need of grounding.
No experience necessary.
