J U N E - For the month of June, I will be teaching complimentary yoga classes at the every Wednesday and Friday morning (7.30am - 8.30am), in celebration of Wellness Month. Classes will be held in the cosy surrounds of The Mark, within .
Each 60-minute session will feature a series of gentle dynamic poses designed to stretch, flex and release, to set you up for a wonderful day ahead. Spaces are limited, so plan ahead and book your spot via The State Buildings website.
