We have to talk about the 2026 AFL Open jumper. 🖤💛

Designed by Richard and Fraiser Kickett, the jumper carries a story of strength, connection, journey and community.
At the heart of the design stands the Black Swan, representing the players selected to wear the Western Australian colours and the courage, pride and determination they carry onto the national stage.
The journey lines reflect the unique paths each player has travelled from communities across WA, before coming together as one team to represent their state.
At the base of the design, the meeting place represents the families, friends, coaches, and volunteers who stand behind every player — the support network that helps them grow both on and off the field.
A jumper that represents where our players have come from, who stands beside them, and the pride they carry in representing WA.

🖤💛 One team. One state.
