Grateful to support another Perth youth development program..
no stranger to netball athletes as Panda Elite Netball Fitness Coaching and Coach Deane have been training girls in the north for a while.. great to see them return and continue their awesome program.

Grateful to run a Speed Clinic while in Brisbane with the Female u13s.u15s.u17s lastnight.. was awesome to be apart of their pre season preparation..
We focused on ACCELERATION and the leg mechanics for the first 5m - 10m, then threw in some Plyometrics to encourage hip projection...
the athletes were engaged with great effort.
Many thanks to Mjay and the coaching staff for the opportunity.. look forward to attending more sessions in the future.

Privileged to have been apart of the Cameron family's athletic development journey over the past few years.

Another great session with some awesome kids in ROCKINGHAM.
Alot of learnings with our new athletes, and our returning athletes were able to sharpen their craft with their Speed and Agility training.

Great to meet new athletes, and always GRATEFUL to see familiar faces training and learning.
Awesome group today.. it got HOT but we managed our session and finished STRONG.
